If I remember correctly, she literally bursted out laughing when he got to the cats thing. I know I did.
Imagine the profound satisfaction of it being your job to look him in the eye and say shit that'll drive him crazy, and if you make him look dumb enough you get to be the president.

You know that whole "every lie is a confession" thing? I really wouldn't be surprised if Trump or any of his kids have either performed or been recommended working on facial expressions as a therapeutic exercise in empathy.
I've got nothing against people who struggle with emotions and empathy, but I'm also just as upset when they try to attain tyranny as any other person.
Trump's denial cycle:
- Grossly overestimate your abilities
- Don't make any work or effort whatsoever to prepare
- Do or say something that makes you look like a complete idiot in front of everyone
- Blame it on someone or something else and/or pretend that it didn't happen and/or that you were misunderstood and/or you were taken out of context and/or you were joking or being sarcastic because how could you make such a mistake if you are so smart? (you are here)
- pretend that your opponent is the one who did it
- cling onto that delusion and pile on the conspiracy theories
- cycle repeats when he inevitably does something else stupid.

Maybe Harris can debate Chase on Fox, and they spend much of the time mocking Trump's fear of debates.
I mean, he's half right. it does have incompetent leadership and is being wracked by inflation, poor economy, poor military decisions, and gets no respect from other countries.
however i doubt he would do much about any of those.
