Today’s game is Red Dead Redemption 2. Me and a friend managed to find time to play Red Dead Online today and while we were delivering a bounty I came across this river and noticed how gorgeous the water looks (I have a thing for water in video games if you saw my Mario Galaxy Post). I quickly hopped over to single player to take a screenshot with the photo mode and it was raining when I got there.

I've played maybe 10 hours total of Overwatch 2 and it is incredibly boring (to me). But it seems to get lots of updates often, heavy monetization which sucks. The steam reviews are scalding. It really makes me wonder.... is it that bad? Like really? It's hard to gauge if the game is thriving or on deaath's door...

I think it's absolutely appalling that Sony is raising prices on controllers while basically under supplying the dual sense edge joysticks and refusing to fix the stick drift issues. I have 3 controllers and each one of them has the same problem after a few months. It's maddening.

Rumors have it this event will announce the PS5 Pro. I know the PS5 has been out for years now but does anyone feel like a pro version might be unnecessary? Current gen games already look great and run fine*

Luckily it's DRM-free. Back up your installers. I wanted to call attention to this, because in a very unusual move, it's being removed even for people who own a copy, whereas usually stores will only remove a game from sale and still host the files for existing owners to download.

Today’s game is Halo CE (Sorry to people who like to guess the game. This one is a bit of a trick). This is in fact not Ocarina of Time, this is me and my friend playing a Halo CE map that looks like Ocarina Of Time we found on the steam workshop. The controls were a bit glitchy (kept forcing me to target him), and I drove a horse into a ditch trying to run him over (said horse also didn’t have animations so it was just rolling). But besides that it was a lot of fun. I completely kicked my friend’s ass with my OoT knowledge.

Me and him have also been doing a modded OoT multiplier run after I started my original one. So I may end up sharing a screenshot from that tomorrow if we play then.

With the release of "The Final Shape," the main storyline has concluded, and it seems like the developers are now just churning out random content and seasonal passes without a clear direction for the game's future. I'm genuinely curious about what motivates players to stick around. Are there aspects of the game that still offer value or enjoyment, or are players simply holding on in hopes of something more substantial? What keeps them engaged with Destiny 2 despite its apparent lack of a clear path forward?
