Probably not out of line for a house these days. You can borrow the down payment from your boomer parents if they take out a heloc on their house.

Payments are going to be a bitch at about $10k per month though with insurance and taxes lumped into escrow.

Call the cops then, oh wait.

Assuming each roll is a perfect cylinder and not conical at all.

All the old guys waiting to use their snowblower.

Ahh, but you can subscribe to my private emergency services on my own frequencies which aren't blocked, then nobody can block mine because they are the only available emergency service frequency.

I sell on ebay and while I don't go that far out of my way I do put a little thank you stamp on the packing slip, make sure everything is packed correctly and I go out of my way to make sure that the item is shipped either same day or next day if they order later in the day. People are always grateful that they get their items so fast. I often sell spare parts for things off of already broken items, but even things like cassette tapes I imagine that they want it for the weekend or it's for a gift for someone.

Corporations are just sovereign citizens.

We could crowdsourse and pay Comcast tier 1 division to block reddit.

They're going to use this for censorship.

If the FCC can't regulate anything I guess I'll just run a high power jammer and block all cell signal in the area.

I bought new regular bulbs, not led

We recently purchased a new (to us) family car and I've been addressing some of the neglected maintenance items. The low beam headlights were extremely dim, yet the high beams were very bright. Incandescent bulbs become dimmer over time. I purchased some which were recommended by the forum for my specific vehicle for only $15 on the rain forest site. They are quite a bit brighter now and I feel much safer driving at night.
