But where the hell is Hytale?
Kotor remake, supposedly it's not dead dead, but like just a couple of guys so like near zero chance it will ever see the light of day
Anthem 2.0
Star Wars: Imperial Commando
This would have been the sequel to Republic Commando. In addition to answering what happened to the cliffhanger at the end of the first game, it would have offered a clone trooper's perspective as the Republic was replaced with Imperial control. Such great story potential gone to waste.
For the longest time, Metroid Dread was that game.
I guess now it would be metalgear rising 2 because of Konami's bullshit. I feel so sad whenever I think about the madness and music we could have had in that game.
Agent 1313 scalebound kotor 3
Aquarica by Benoit Sokal
Doom 4
2 come to mind:
Starcraft: Ghost - an FPS/stealth game a la Splinter Cell but set in the Starcraft universe? Sign me up.
The Fable 1 that was promised vs what we got. Fable 1 was brilliant and I played the hell out of it, but peter molyneux made some VERY ambitious promises that could not be delivered on with the technology available at the time.
Just getting a copy of Official Xbox magazine and seeing the first story about Fable 1 and how ALL of your choices would reflect in the game world - plant an acorn and watch it grow into an oak tree, wipe out a town and see it slip into disrepair and be reclaimed by nature - seemed so unreal and I was so excited.
Damn you, Lionhead.
Still pissed at Molyneux for selling snake oil to a twelve year old me. I would have given my soul for the promised Fable. Seriously F Molyneux lol
Not a game, but a whole system: the M2 that was supposed to replace the 3DO, the preview of the first few games looked sick back in the days.
Days Gone 2 (they probably never started it, but I loved the hordes)
Bully 2
Hydro Thunder 2
I watched the demo from P.T (Silent Hill) and I was pretty excited since I like horror games. When I heard it was canceled, I was both sad and dissapointed.
I get it. But what was there to be disappointed about? We didn't exactly see much of anything. It was just the hallway on repeat?
HL2:E3
Has it officially been canned? I mean, it won't come out either way but has Valve said it won't?
Half-Life 2: Episode Three will forever haunt me.
Silent Hills. It felt like it was going to be one of the greatest horror games of all time, but even if it wasn’t it brought hope that it would at least pave the way for more quality Silent Hill games to be released at the time.
Half life 2 episode 4: return to ravenholm woulda been cool even if it was just basically Left 4 Dead in half life 2 with some electricity stuff

Prey 2
I will never not be angry about this. Someone needs to leak it.
Star Trek Secret of Vulcan Fury. It was cancelled in 1999 and I’m still salty.
Sex 2
Well it wasn’t completely canceled just redone, but kojimas metal gear rising with the fox engine being canceled still hurts to this day.
Super people. They had a working recipe, and they just ruined it.
Timesplitters
Groundhog Day but valve in general
Little devil inside
Lego Universe, probably one of the first games that I ever played. I was really mad/sad when it got canceled/shut down.
Then starwars 1313, was a cancel that made me feel disappointed, and a couple other games did that.
Star Craft Ghost..
