Having spent more time with Hitman than any other game, I second the James Bond game.
Next GTA should be fun. Rockstar always push the envelope.
Whatever comes next from Naughty Dog - except the multiplayer TLoU, I don’t care for that one.
Fallout 5 - although I will probably die of old age before it is out.
VATS in Fallout. Not every first/third person game with weapons need to test your reflexes. I wish more games had that option - and it could be that, just an option.
