yeah but I enjoy talking this stuff over 'cause I'm weirdUh it's not too bad, sorry. Making a girl a head taller than you blush is adorable, cute is almost more a demanour or vibe than anything else. Being tall does not preclude being cute, this is a weird thing.

I WILL BATTLE YOU madeline-angry But if you wanna get this fine-grained I'm gonna need you to get more specific about what "cute" means to you, for me. If it means being shy and coy, uh Idk, what is your perception of "cute"?

Yea I know you do, so many trans women wanna shrink and disappear it seems...

[–] Tomboymoder@hexbear.net 10 points 4 months ago (1 children)

When are they gonna add them?? AAAAARHHHH!!!

spoilerThat's like, acting cute. Looking cute is like, looking young and small. I want someone to be able to pick me up and pin me against a wall crush Be a smol bean shy girl who people look at and think "aw". The little spoon that just gets all wrapped up in someone's arms. And yea being shy and coy and all that is part of it too. Just being all small, and fem, and cute. Yaknow?

Hey right now I only want the shrink part.

[–] TerminalEncounter@hexbear.net 9 points 4 months ago (1 children)

You, my dear, are going to be one cute af subby girl.

spoilerLike the kind of girl that makes me want to do her makeup while I'm straddling her and chiding her for blushing or whimpering. Or the kind where I would pick out her clothes to wear for a night out. Or the kind that brightens up and has a shy smile when she's told "wow, you've been such a good girl!" I'm not even gonna talk about the beautiful eyes and begging for stuff, we don't need to get into that at all, that's all accessory anyway.

You're going to be fine lol

[–] BountifulEggnog@hexbear.net 9 points 4 months ago

Holy shit hyperflush Literally please I would do anything for someone to do this to me. God I need to find somebody so bad.

[–] ashinadash@hexbear.net 8 points 4 months ago* (last edited 4 months ago) (2 children)

spoiler

looking young and small.

Trying to decide which cool feminist author from the 90s to recommend you makima-think bell hooks? Judith Butler? 'Cause uh...

I find it interesting that much of this relies on the perception of others, but my initial read was correct - "femme subby bottom core" lmao. You can still get picked up and pinned against a wall, in fact it's fun with someone taller frankly. It's cool and interesting when your sub is taller than you, honestly. And being tall does not preclude little spoon enjoyment, sheesh. My wife is shorter than me by a fair bit; if I wanna lay on her chest, I just do, and I tangle my longass legs around hers. She is a great bigspoon because she's soft but also built af crush

The "shrink and disappear" is an Orange Book reference basil-anxious-smile sorry

[–] magi@hexbear.net 8 points 4 months ago (1 children)

I can also pick you up and carry you mari-smug

[–] ashinadash@hexbear.net 8 points 4 months ago

crush or crush my ribcage

[–] BountifulEggnog@hexbear.net 7 points 4 months ago (3 children)

spoiler

'Cause uh...

I don't know exactly what you are implying here but I do feel like I should be able to look however I want.

I genuinely do not believe I could be pinned against a wall, unless I also find someone who's big like me. And tbh I like women shorter then me (I mean you probably could have worked that out on your own).

being tall does not preclude little spoon enjoyment, sheesh.

But I'll still feel all big kitty-cri idk maybe I'm too worried about how I'll feel in the future. I just want to be a lil smaller cri

Ah, didn't get that, sorry. Is relatable though.

[–] ashinadash@hexbear.net 8 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoilerImplicator imaginator I happen to agree which is why I didn't like, go hard, but this whole "you can only be cute if you are small and youthful looking and demure and shy", I think it is a thing, some people have written about it is all. I think it's worth examining even a little, Idk.

I genuinely do not believe I could be pinned against a wall,

Why not?? Only takes meeting someone a head shorter but twice as strong as you. On estrogen your strength will wane, your limbs may slim. My wife is 5'1", I am 5'7" and she doesn't have any issues. Also liking women shorter than you is fun, I love a partner who is shorter than me kel-bliss

I don't think you will, if your partner is stronger than you for wall-pinning purposes she may also end up more substantial than you, and so despite your height you can still be the slender waifish little spoon to the muscle gf. You can become "smaller", depending on how you define it, on hormones. Height is just one aspect power-genius

Yeah sorry for shitposting badeline-anxious

[–] BountifulEggnog@hexbear.net 7 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoiler

demure

Ooh that's a good word to put on my list of things I want to be. idk, maybe. I don't want people to make me feel like a creep for what I want to look like/act like.

Only takes meeting someone a head shorter but twice as strong as you.

When you say this, it actually sounds like you are being ironic. There are incredibly few women twice as strong as I am. (light hearted) did you like, forget that I'm big and pre hrt? But I suppose we will see.

Yes, I do need to become slender. Much happier when I was slender.

[–] ashinadash@hexbear.net 8 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoilerDemure? Fair play...

This is not ironic, also again HRT can noodle-ify you. Idk if you've worked out or whatever? Do you really think you're that much stronger than the average woman? Silly egg meow-petted Since you intend to go on hormones that'll only get easier too.

[–] BountifulEggnog@hexbear.net 8 points 4 months ago (2 children)

Well I look forward to being turned into a noodle ~~even if I have some concerns~~.

And idk, kinda. Not that I'm twice as strong as any woman or anything. But with how big a difference T makes + just being kinda big yea I think I'm stronger then most women? When I read women talking about it they all seem like they feel a lot weaker then most men? Isn't that a big reason women are so worried about safety things, being weaker? I know that's one of my big concerns surrounding safety.

Yea I'm sure it will.

[–] ashinadash@hexbear.net 8 points 4 months ago (1 children)

You do have options when it comes to that, you can be anywhere from smol noodle to bulked gf or anything else!

It is true that anyone with testosterone in their system gets a buff to being buff. But also, there are strong women too, so like Idk. Actually many partners I've had have been unusually strong sapphics lea-think huh... Safety is a whole seperate issue though Idk. Pepper spray.

[–] BountifulEggnog@hexbear.net 7 points 4 months ago

Well hopefully I meet some strong Sapphics :hyperflush:

Yea, I know. Hard to stay on topic though. Thanks for talking.

[–] khizuo@hexbear.net 6 points 4 months ago

It’s funny, I do not really encounter women who will talk about being β€œweaker” than men. It’s really not something that has come up in my life even back when I thought I was a woman. In fact I think I tend to encounter many women who are into fitness and strength training. I do not think I’ve met a woman who said that they feel β€œweaker” than men. I think the safety concerns that women have come more from their understanding of misogyny in society than any perception they may have of physical weakness.

[–] magi@hexbear.net 8 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoilerWhen you find someone who treats you right a lot of these worries will go out the window

[–] BountifulEggnog@hexbear.net 8 points 4 months ago (1 children)

It better be when, it feels like an "if" right now.

[–] magi@hexbear.net 8 points 4 months ago

I know it does but things will get better

[–] Seryph@lemmygrad.ml 4 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoiler

I genuinely do not believe I could be pinned against a wall

You absolutely could, this is more about power dynamics than anything else. As Ash mentioned someone shorter but stronger totally could as well.

[–] BountifulEggnog@hexbear.net 4 points 4 months ago* (last edited 4 months ago) (1 children)

spoilerI just realized I did a terrible, terrible job explaining what I meant here. Wow I am a stupid girl. I was meaning like up with my feet off the ground. But because of tall (and kinda heavy) that would be harder. Someone could not lift me off the ground up to eye level.

But yes that probably would actually work and be fine. Once again eggnog fails to communicate properly πŸ˜”

[–] Seryph@lemmygrad.ml 4 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoilerLack of imagination on your part, sure you might not be able to be picked up, but consider the alternative, someone could pull you down to their eye level, or hold you down in an embrace to keep you closer. There are plenty of ways to fluster your subs beyond the common ideas.

[–] BountifulEggnog@hexbear.net 4 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoilerOh my god you are so right. Jesus.

[–] Seryph@lemmygrad.ml 5 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoilerPerks of having a little experience~ Being a switch helps the imagination too.

[–] Yor@hexbear.net 3 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoilerswitch gang we out here. it does make it hard to conceive of how someone could be exclusively top/bottom, though that's another topic entirely

[–] Seryph@lemmygrad.ml 3 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoiler... Huh now that you mention it how does that work? Guess I never really thought about it, that is weird.

[–] Yor@hexbear.net 3 points 4 months ago (1 children)

officially off topic spoilerI guess some people have very particular interests, but tbh I find it all very fun and interesting πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ certainly opens up the dating pool lol

[–] Seryph@lemmygrad.ml 3 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoilerI don't know if it's that, it's probably more of a fundamental thing like not being comfortable with not domming or whatever else. Idk it weird.

Tbh after my first relationship was with a switch I'm really not sure how a non-switch relationship would go for me or if it's really something I'd want. Guess I should experiment more and find out though.

[–] Yor@hexbear.net 3 points 4 months ago

spoilerI know what you mean about adjusting after a non-switch relationship. my last relationship was like that and it's something that's I definitely appreciate. I don't mind if someone is majority top/bottom, but some flexibility would be nice. it's just fun to change things up

[–] Seryph@lemmygrad.ml 5 points 4 months ago (1 children)

spoiler

cute is almost more a demanour or vibe than anything else.

Yeah cuteness is a mindset as much as it is a particular aesthetic. I could (and do!) pull off being super pretty, refined, and elegant, but I can also pull off cute. And sometimes I do both at once if I'm in the right mindspace at the time. And I found my ex adorable partly due to how unrefined she looked sometimes. Even if it wasn't traditionally cute it was super cute.

[–] ashinadash@hexbear.net 4 points 4 months ago

You just gotta EMBODY cute aubrey-happy
