I reckon something is just broken (at least for me). This post about lettuce has been my top hot post for days both on the web and via two different apps..

I think you're right, but the fact that lemmy.world appears to work and is also on 0.17.4, may imply an additional issue (although I appreciate the problem not occuring there may simply be because it's not 100% reproducible).

That'll explain the enthusiastic delivery drivers today

Tusky is my current preference, but have tried Megalodon, Mastodon and Fedilab. I couldn't get with Fedilab, the font sizes in particular were never right.

He's on holiday. He mentioned this in a thread a few days ago, I think the one about the server maintenance.

Thanks. Am I right in thinking that the community won't be populated with posts until after the first person subscribes from my instance? So I'll never see historical posts, unless I go to kbin in this case?

  1. Things I remember...

Stone Roses pulled out a week before and Pulp got moved up to headline. They were great.

The guy from Gene stood on a monitor while singing and it tipped over and he fell headfirst into the crowd. We thought he was dead... He was fine.

It was hot. We camped in the cinema field and fell asleep to movie soundtracks.

RG35XX. Love it. Am considering cancelling my pre-order for the Analogue Pocket because I'm blown away by how good the RG35XX is with GarlicOS. I'm not sure I could go from this to a device that doesn't have SNES save states.

Their knock-off Pringles aka "Prongles" in our house.

Also their Magnums, which just seem to have a "G" on the box. Hence, "Gagnums".

Just received a letter this morning with the schedule of engineering works on the railway out the back. Every Saturday night in July plus the first one in August. 11pm - 6am. As if I'm not already going to be run ragged with the kids off. I mean, I understand why and don't have any fundamental objections. And being so close to a station is a big positive. But still. Urgh.
