Lot of people saying the phone wouldn’t have gotten bigger, but the Android side showed that people wanted OMG HEUG phones.
I think the notch would have never passed the Jobsian review.
I do think that the camera bump would also have driven him crazy so he might have ordered the team to design around it.
But there’s not much you can really do once the shape reaches the flat rectangle. So, I don’t the phones would be radically different.

Option 3. Stop moderating altogether.
The conflict of interest is mostly hypothetical on Reddit.
It could become very real at MacRumors.

The upsell. People who don’t need 16GB will not care. People who do will pay it. That’s basically free money.

Reverse future proofing. If you think 8GB is cramped now, imagine 3-4 years from now when most of these computers will still be in use. Users may hit the upgrade cycle quicker.

Profit margins. After the return of Steve Jobs, Apple simple will not sell any hardware without a hefty profit margin.
Will be interesting to see sin bins and time-wasting making beautiful officiating together.
