Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, the difference being that I enjoy Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Walking around my block is the most boring thing, ever.

I didn’t discover this one, but I wasn’t above exploiting it. After having already played it twice, and getting the Platinum, I enacted the “loot glitch” on Horizon Forbidden West. Please note: this is after I’d already expended hundreds of hours on grinding for parts. I just got fucking tired of it.

I tried StarField, knowing very little about it. Almost right off the bat, the characters and dialog options seemed disjointed and poorly timed. I get that it must be hard to create realistic conversation trees, but plenty of games have done it perfectly. StarField isn’t the only one I recently quit for the same reason.

Xbox for sheer volume of fairly good to great games on Game Pass Ultimate, which has gotten a pretty significant price hike.

PlayStation is better for exclusives, but for 7 and 9 years old, there’s not a lot that they’d really be able to get into, other than Spider-Man. I have a 9yo girl and am 11yo boy and neither of them have any interest in The Last of Us, God of War, etc. my 11yo mostly goes for Roblox or Call of Duty, and he can play both of those on either of our platforms.

Aside from that really obvious Star Wars one that everyone including me is still mad about, I’d say the possible sequel to SoulReaver that apparently never got off the ground, and the Shadow Complex sequel that supposedly got made and then shelved. Fucking bullshit.
