There are old school group-chat websites still out there too, but I'm not sure how popular they are these days.
You could go to a football, reading, ect clubs
Any big site if you use TOR know what you are doing.
Or if you dont use TOR but do know what you are doing, or use TOR and don't know what you are doing, or if you don't use TOR and don't know what you are doing.
