My secret is that I'm a debate pervert myself, though far less of one than my ultraleft liberal reddit days, before I actually started taking theory seriously kind-vladimir-ilyich that said, they did finally permaban me on Lemmy.world's Political Memes community for "you knew this was coming" after removing reasonable comments for "misinformation."

Honestly, the ban is healthy, plus the worst debate pervert is on my blocklist so I don't ever see their content anyways. Keeps me sane

Ratioing Flying Squid on the PRC on Lemmy.world of all places is still a highlight.

Yep. Normally I try to carefully balance the spice levels of my takes depending on instance, on Lemmy.world that spice level is mayo for cracker but I flew too close to the sun there and I got bit for it

Rest assured, I try to only take fights I can win, but that doesn't mean my toned-down takes are the full extent of my power. I'm still a Marxist-Leninist heart-sickle
