I had unprotected sex with 2 shady sex workers yesterday where I kissed, performed cunnilingus, recived oral sex on my uncircumcised penis and had sex without condom. My penis size is small (3.5 inches when erect) and yesterday as I was not in complete mood my erection would have been 2 inches max when I ejaculated inside. I'm saying this because I don't think my erect penis entered too deep into the vagina. But I'm worried I may contract HIV and other STI's as this is the first time I had sex without condom and received oral sex without condom. What should I do? Should I take precautions such as PReP?

Put your penis in a bowl of vinegar. It'll help you find any cuts which can increase the risk of infection while also disinfecting those wounds.

But you probably shouldn't ask strangers on the Internet for medical advice or you'll end up with a pickled penis.

[–] Nutteman@lemmy.world 9 points 1 hour ago

The specification of penis size makes this read like some real good satire lmao

[–] savvywolf@pawb.social 11 points 1 hour ago

Lemmy is not your doctor and you shouldn't take medical advice from us. If it's possible where you live, try to get in touch with a family planning clinic (or whatever the local name would be). They can get you some sti tests and give better advice than we can. You aren't the first person to have unprotected sex, and you won't be the last.

You're in the clear my man. It is well established that penises smaller than 3 inches are low priority for the transmission viral and bacterial infections from sexual contact. Sex workers are trained to release STDs or not, much like a snake can withhold venom when striking. /s

Seriously go get tested and wrap it next time.

GET TESTED

and im pretty sure bottom to top HIV infection is less than a percent.

But get tested.

The post nut clarity on this one must be unreal

[–] GBU_28@lemm.ee 6 points 2 hours ago

Dude probably cleaned his house, paid his bills, organized the garage, updated his resume...

[–] tourist@lemmy.world 3 points 2 hours ago* (last edited 2 hours ago)

pre-nut brainfog must have felt like a psychedelic realm where the only reasonable way to escape was to find and rawdog a shady sex worker

[–] EnderMB@lemmy.world 8 points 3 hours ago

I knew a guy that was really into his hookers from sex worker sites and the prices he'd say were shockingly cheap. He got regularly checked out, and after years of doing this (at least 5) the guy says the only STD he's ever got was chlamydia, which was in his "pre-hooker days".

That's all to say that you're probably fine, but you should definitely get tested for peace of mind. If they're sex workers by trade, they're probably on top of the testing themselves.

[–] lud@lemm.ee 12 points 4 hours ago

Fyi it doesn't really matter if you are uncircumcised or not. There is some data that says that circumcised get less AIDS but afik it's not by a lot and the data is fairly unclear.

Your penis will be like an autumn leaf and change colors before it falls off.

Thank you for that vivid image, Satan’s Maggoty Cum Fart.

There are places where you can get free std tests. You absolutely can get an STI or STD even if you don't go "too deep".

PReP is pre exposure and would not help you here

[–] Greg@lemmy.ca 2 points 3 hours ago

There are places where you can get free std tests.

The army is one of those places

[–] NeedAnswerForEyePain@lemmy.world 8 points 6 hours ago (3 children)

So what STD test should I take? Anything in particular like HIV? Sorry I have no knowledge on this.

[–] cm0002@lemmy.world 33 points 6 hours ago

It'll be a panel, just go see a doc or clinic they'll know what to do

[–] Catoblepas@lemmy.blahaj.zone 18 points 6 hours ago

PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) will make it much less likely for you to contract HIV, but you must begin taking it within 72 hours of potential exposure, and the sooner the better.

If you’re in the US, this CDC page has more info about where to find treatment.

A doctor will be able to tell you what other tests you should have, but I imagine they’re going to just want to screen for the usual stuff (chlamydia, gonorrhea, etc).

[–] LadyMeow@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 points 4 hours ago

You could try PEP, post exposure phrophalaxis, though ibky good until like 72 hours after or something.

[–] Cock_Inspecting_Asexual@lemmy.world 30 points 6 hours ago (3 children)

Dude- go to immediate care, why are you asking this on Lemmy???

[–] Greg@lemmy.ca 18 points 3 hours ago (1 children)

why are you asking this on Lemmy???

Because this would be a weird LinkedIn post

Im dead 🤣🤣

you may proceed.

[–] GBU_28@lemm.ee 2 points 2 hours ago

If only a cock inspecting asexual were there that day to provide some clarity

[–] wesker@lemmy.sdf.org 32 points 5 hours ago (2 children)

Couldn't you just take a moment and inspect his cock, please?

D'll right fine. You better have the insurance to pay for the durability test.

[–] baronvonj@lemmy.world 6 points 5 hours ago (1 children)

.. but you're the Doctor here, clearly you have right of way.

[–] nightwatch_admin@feddit.nl 4 points 4 hours ago (1 children)
[–] baronvonj@lemmy.world 3 points 4 hours ago

... Dr. Wesker.

[–] PP_BOY_@lemmy.world 31 points 6 hours ago (1 children)

OP is done 💀💀

In all seriousness, you should get tested immediately and tested again in a few weeks. This is a question for a doctor

[–] KillerTofu@lemmy.world 5 points 4 hours ago

Not surprised you’re coming in with the pp facts.

[–] rockSlayer@lemmy.world 12 points 6 hours ago* (last edited 6 hours ago) (1 children)

Planned Parenthood provides STD testing. Go see them. Set an appointment here

[–] PP_BOY_@lemmy.world 5 points 5 hours ago (1 children)

I could be wrong but there's a lot in OPs post that makes me think he's not in the US

[–] rockSlayer@lemmy.world 20 points 5 hours ago (1 children)

I suppose that's a matter of perspective. Using inches for measurement and a total ignorance of sex education screams US to me

[–] PP_BOY_@lemmy.world 5 points 5 hours ago (1 children)

An STI is a type of Subaru in America though. We call them STDs

[–] rockSlayer@lemmy.world 4 points 5 hours ago* (last edited 5 hours ago)

I've always known and used them interchangeably, my health teacher had to update the ancient health textbooks through her lectures. This meant that when it came to the sex ed portion, we stopped using the 40 year old textbook almost entirely and used a modern bookless curriculum.

[–] Hello_there@fedia.io 2 points 3 hours ago

Username checks out. Get tested for syphilis.

[–] breadguy@fedia.io 2 points 4 hours ago

could you show us a picture to be sure it sounds like you're bragging about size

[–] CarlosCheddar@lemmy.world 5 points 5 hours ago

You would need to wait between a month to 90 days for a test to give you an accurate result. It’s gonna be an interesting 3 months for you, good luck!

Alternatively you can have the 2 sex workers take tests and if they’re clean then you’re clean.

[–] RagingHungryPanda@lemm.ee 3 points 5 hours ago

I don't know what country you're in, so something specific can be difficult to say as to where to go. It can often take a few days (3ish sometimes) for some tests to show positive, but get tested and "test where you play". It should be cheap or free. It probably isn't a big deal, so don't freak out, just get tested. Go to a clinic or a doctor's office, or call them first.

[–] DarkThoughts@fedia.io 1 points 4 hours ago

... You go to your doctor and get yourself tested? The fuck is this? Some SPH fetish shit?
