It's a sweet, frothy, milk-like drink popular in Hispanic and Latin culture.
Reading other people's explanations makes me feel a little bad that my brain went

Not sure, maybe is something from Central America because first time hearing about it
it's from Espana
@Hadriscus @driving_crooner its crushed nuts milk, kinda like almond milk, but with "chufas", a tubercule that is said to look like testicles
This is the one I know but apparently there's other forms of horchata (not de chufa) from south america. At least wikipedia says so
