That might work with a helicopter, but he has to use pedals as well as steer in a car.
Driving a car with a yoke is completely doable.
With no fingers? Seems difficult.
Depends how prehensile his body is, could be pressing the gas with his... torso?
I imagine the further the yoke is moved the faster it goes.
Like the walk stick for an fps.
