You'd suspect correctly. There was some base misogyny there to build on, see TheAmazingAtheist and the disgusting things he said about SA including to an actual SA victim.
I didn't realize I remembered them until you said you remembered them and then I also remembered exactly what the words were. Wild how such vile sentiments can embed themselves in your brain like that, isn't it?
Amazing atheist and several other atheists did wonders for the proliferation of garbage reactionary content on youtube
