Uh better for your liver/kidneys? Mostly just not having blockers is the benefit, since they can he hard on your system.

Sometimes that, sometimes because injections are spooky, sometimes for peace of mind (is mono REALLY blocking???) and sometimes just for whatever, I guess. Monotherapy is very new too.

Part of it is also that the medical industry can be kind of slow to adapt to the fact that it’s not the 90s anymore and people aren’t using premarin so you don’t to take as little estrogen as possible to avoid dying of blood clots. I think the endocrine society was particularly bad for this
