I noticed some comments from ukcasual@lemmy.world aren't federating to feddit.uk this evening. These are a couple of hours old so I would have thought they would have propagated through. Wondering if there are any issues?

Always have a soft spot for Genesis. I remember watching the repeat showing in the 1980s and being stunned when my Dad told me that "Ronson" was his art teacher at high school.

Spearhead from Space was one of the first stories I bought on VHS and I watched it so many times, so that's a definite favourite too. Oh, and Ark in Space.

I snapped these little chappies walking the kids to school last week.

There isn't one as far as I know. But for what it's worth there is a Discord.

I've had to unsubscribe from some of the larger communities. They were overwhelming my feed to the point where it was unusable. It wasn't helped the fact people were just posting repeated links to the same articles and news stories.

I've got sandals on. SANDALS. Does this answer your question?

Started Season 2 of Strange New Worlds. But my SO has given up on it, so now I need to watch it during the day between bouts of WFH activity.

Yesterday had the urge to listen to Cornershop's Judy Sucks a Lemon for a Breakfast, which is an astonishing 14 years old next month. So my current earworm is "Who Fingered Rock 'n' Roll".

Yeah, it's an opiate. This was a while ago, and I suspect it's probably not routinely given out now as it was then. But basically in a lot of pain and the drugs floored me. But really I think it depends on how impacted the tooth is, and what they need to do to remove it. So it's different for everyone.

So I ended up down a bit of a rabbit hole... Strangely the council here in Edinburgh refer to the schools as "secondary schools", but the official names of all the schools is "... High School". Go figure. My school in Fife's official name ended in "High School" too.

It's fine. They might smell a bit musty, so I'd wash them. Especially if your are going to donate.

I had to take codeine for a week after getting just one removed and I was absolutely out of it. So, your mileage may vary.
