Hardy Boys, blue hardbacks. Stopped (outgrew them) right before the paperback versions took over.

Which games are the worst offenders for letting you upgrade a character/inventory only to lose it all part way through the game. in c/gaming@level-up.zone

One of Westwood’s games, Kyrandia II had the player losing most of their inventory between chapters. Zanthia, the main character, actually lampshades this after one of the times it happens.

My wife and her sister went to visit their brother in the hospital in a neighboring state. Halfway there they got an AirTag notice and freaked out.

Wife took my laptop bag that I had an AirTag in.
