I think maybe a re-read is in order. They’re claiming the new format outperforms the (presumably) old format by 28%, not that the CTR is 28%.
Same—my local micro brewery does a night once a month where they demo things about brewing. One month they made 6 ales with identical ingredients apart from a different strain of yeast for each. 6 very different drinks.
Yes, all bets are off this year. Plus we now have a ‘claim’ even though it was all paid by the other party. No idea how much difference things like that make but certainly not comparing like with like.

Not true—at least didn’t used to be. For 3 years, Tesco renewal was cheaper for us than any online comparison site (same excess, options etc). That included Tesco new quote.
But definitely never take a renewal without checking.
I’ve spent a few weeks on Lemmy/all blocking things I don’t care to see, and honestly it’s now pretty good. Plenty of diversity still and easier than subscribing plus occasionally new things pop up that I wouldn’t have seen otherwise.
How often did you catch it disappearing?
