What is there to be positive about?

I used it for a while. It honestly was a really good browser for a long time but since everything started going this shit it quickly fell from my good graces.

The only time I even think of missing it is when I have to open a page that is optimized against Firefox on purpose because the developers decided to use some janky Javascript plugin and didn't test.

I miss my games being on solid media that I can trade with my friends or sell at a game store.

But I would not give up the seven seas to have that back again.

I fully expect an incessant torrent of smug assholes on every corner of social media I go to alongside a never-ending stream of horror stories of all the shitty things that people are doing to other people.

Yeah I'm 6'1 but I'm native American so I don't think I will fit into their thing cuz they tend to prefer white guys

I'm definitely a jack of all trades, but I have a bachelor's in IT and like 10 years of work experience.

I feel like the competition is pretty high for people in that category though, but I could probably handle a couple hours a week of berry picking and English teaching.

Yeah, now it's entirely reasonable to drop a human being from your friend pool for the rest of your life because of which person they voted for.

If I find out somebody has voted for Trump they are now persona non grata to me.

And before you say I shouldn't let politics rule my friendships, my dad is dead because of how Trump bungled the covid pandemic response, so any person who has voted for that person has said that my dad dying is less important to them than that guy being given the highest office in the land.

I cannot think of a graver insult, and it is one that cannot be apologized for short of bringing my father back to life.

So if you voted for Trump, fuck you.

I guess my only question is, if I sell everything and liquidate all of my assets I would probably have like 30 grand, maybe more maybe less.

How long is that going to last me while I'm wandering, and what options are there to keep money rolling in?

I'm seriously tempted to sell all my stuff and just become a nomad.

Sounds pretty dreamy all in all.

Originally it was used as a hex to dispel demons.

Using it on a person is telling that person that you believe they are a demon that needs to be cast back into hell.

So how offensive it is honestly depends on who's doing it.

For me, it's exactly the same as it essentially has been since 2016. The world is not on my side and if you are like me it is not on yours either.

Remember, the world was always against us.

We are The Losers, the creeps, the weirdos. We are The underdogs that nobody roots for and that's the way it has always been.

Nothing has actually changed for us, Kamala was not an ideal president, she was just not Trump. Same for Biden. We haven't had a good president since Jimmy Carter, Obama had the potential but had the Senate and the house against him the whole time.

I am anxious about the future, about all of the potential terror that we may face over the next 4 to 40 years.

All we can do is all we have been able to do.
