Thank you for being clear with the finances, I was thinking of asking. If we build to an excess of war chest is there anything we could spend the money on to promote/expand the community?
They still don't want to run trains from the other "international" stations though.
They are using an existing measure to means test it off so I doubt there is much additional cost
