I know it fluctuates, just kinda sucks how happy I was about it and then it feels like it got pulled away.
Maybe, I do love walks. I've been doing some short walks at night and it's really nice.

complaining about eating/weight loss
So I weighed myself maybe a week ago, down 8 pounds from the last time. Good, right? Let's keep that weight melting off!
WRONG I weighed myself today at -3 from my old baseline. Fucking ridiculous I'm hungry all day, drinking water instead of eating all the time, still not enough. I guess just do this more??
(I know the advice I'll get is to eat grilled chicken and vegetables but I hate that.) spoiler bmi and my view of my own, might be upsetting My bmi is 25 too so I'm not exactly skinny, it's been lower. Fucking hate what meds did to me. :::
