That's half the reason I cancelled Amazon Prime. Subs missing on half their content.

The other half was them putting ads into it.

TSMC are probably making more money than anyone in this goldrush by selling the shovels and picks, so if that's their opinion, I feel people should listen...

There's little in the AI business plan other than hurling money at it and hoping job losses ensue.

But by then the solution will be "oh dad, you didn't subscribe to Projecto Pro Premium. No wonder all your ads are in 2D!"

That kind of defeats the whole purpose of moving from 10 to 11 though. Stopping security updates for 10 would be like 99% of the point, unless somebody has suddenly found a use for DirectStorage...

Yeah, but there's likely a house included in that. For some of you that's the only house you're going to get.

A small price to pay for having to take a load of Precious Moments to the tip.

I myself have a baby's cot in the attic, courtesy of a mental mother-in-law. Nicotine stained blankets, the lot. I have no idea why. We don't want kids. We have never expressed any interest in having one. It's just taking up room. Shipped to us at great expense by somebody who I can only assume thinks she's getting grandchildren out of this. She is not. Not from us anyway. So in the attic it will sit until she dies and then the missus can finally throw it away, safe from a random surprise inspection to make sure we still have it.

If it was left to me it would already be gone, probably into a bonfire.

What really pisses me off is that she had a NES in the room she kept this junk in. Didn't fucking send us that.

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

I mean, the real danger is they shove out an update that straight up breaks on your PC, as in won't boot even in safe mode because it does something with the TPM, and it'll be your own fault for deliberately circumventing the requirements.

Non-geeky people will generally run things until they actually stop working completely. They don't care what OS it runs as long as it runs all their shit.

OK, I'll download them then.

Feels like that's kind of most of them right now.

My company asked us to return to the office. We have like 4 developers, with a minimum experience of 15 years. We work in an unpopular language, in a niche market, in a technologically dead area of the country. And the pay is shit.

I pointed this out in detail. We were no longer asked to return to the office.

It's certainly several orders of magnitude better than Blessica...

Although mythological names are often cool, it's always worth researching fully. Loki may suddenly be super cool thanks to the MCU, but he still got fucked by a horse.

Never finished it. While no load screens was impressive, it did that with a massive mostly empty area. Way too long. Music wasn't my thing.

Much preferred Vice City, and it's spiritual successor, Saints Row 2.
