I remember when the game was out and everyone was talking about it. I ignored the game completely. Didn't play it until almost a year later, and I got hooked on it almost at an instant. The ambient sound, the wilderness... Great memories. Sure, it had a hundred and one issue, but I still enjoyed it, plus mods made it a much more enjoyable experience.

Releasing the games completely broken, missing certain features, or having certain glitches that make them borderline unplayable. That's certainly more of triple A issue, but happens with the indies sometimes as well.

I think this kind of system would eventually become the standard without the "pay less" part if it became the norm. So a hard no from me.

They want a complete control over games. Not only you don't "own" any of the games there, but also you pay on a monthly basis. Sure, for casuals it's a great deal, but I don't like where this will lead.
