Will a service built on activitypub be able to view posts made using the AT Protocol by default and vice versa? Or will that functionality have to be developed?

Friendica have been developing a bridge. And if you don't know, friendica famously tries to federate with everything (as does hubzilla).

As I recall they're rolling the bridge out in beta about now too.

Takahē are going to try implementing it too, once Bluesky are ready to federate.
