I mean, tons and tons of people do. The women in my life certainly do.

From his Wikipedia page, some selected excerpts:
Thompson joined UnitedHealth Group in 2004 and was named CEO of UnitedHealthcare government programs that included Medicare and retirement, and community and state divisions in 2021. Under his leadership profits at UHC went from $12 billion in 2021 to $16 billion in 2023.
The investigation revealed that in 2019, UHC's prior authorization denial rate was 8.7%. Thompson became CEO in 2021, and by 2022 the rate of denial had increased to 22.7%. For both Medicare and non-Medicare claims, UHC declines at a rate double the industry average.
A lawsuit was filed against Thompson, UnitedHealth chairman Stephen J. Hemsley and two other senior executives in May 2024 for alleged fraud and insider trading due to failing to disclose an antitrust investigation into the company by the United States Department of Justice and by selling stock options before the probe was made public.

I’m dumb as hell but was curious what it said. I asked ChatGPT, so feel free to correct:

The abbreviation "A·I·TR" on the Roman auxiliary cavalry standard can be interpreted as follows:
- A: Likely stands for Ala, which refers to a Roman auxiliary cavalry unit.
- I: Stands for Prima (first), indicating the unit's numerical designation as the First Ala.
- TR: Likely stands for Thracia (Thracian), indicating the origin of the unit or its cultural composition.
Thus, "A·I·TR" likely translates to "Ala Prima Thracum," meaning "First Thracian Cavalry Unit." This would have been a Roman auxiliary cavalry regiment recruited primarily from Thracians, a group known for their equestrian skills.
When they won’t get their dicks out of their hands in formation, it’s very distracting for others.
Very interesting. I wish the story told more.
South Korean police have arrested a CEO and five employees for manufacturing over 240,000 satellite receivers pre-loaded or later updated to include DDoS attack functionality at a purchaser's request.
While neither company has been named, the two companies have been trading since 2017. In November 2018, the purchasing company made a special request to include DDoS functionality, with the South Korean manufacturer complying.
Allegedly, the functionality was needed to counter the attacks of a competing entity.
I like the trees in the background.
R2? Is that you?
It was excellent with a side of Kickin’ Ranch
Well insurance will only pay for it if it’s approved. I’ve had an issue where I hit my out of pocket max, so everything was free, but they denied my refill of zofran entirely. Could be something similar where they won’t pay for the treatment he wants to receive.
Kinda wild. I’ve used chatGPT a lot and never had it just flat out refuse. Even saying this persons names prevents it from responding.
Please sir, may I have some more pixels please?
I’m proud of you for cleaning your room. It can be so easy to just let the filth continue and the longer you let it go, the harder it can get. Nicely done.
