For me it's like 9 months of chaos followed by 3 months of riding the wave. Over and over.
Still every week
Gotta focus on the now; If I look too far into the future I just spiral into a deep depression.
I feel this so deeply...
For me its the opposite, I dont look in the future and miss all the deadlines
Realizing that you are doing this is on the path to enlightenment.
Eventually you'll grow out of that mindset.
Shedding the belief that things will get better is key becoming nice and numb.

I hit a certain point and decided that, not only do I like living under my rock, but I'm going to do that instead of letting people oblige themselves to my time.
I'm right in the middle of this at the moment. Just trying to get through it all.
I really need to read Capitalist Realism.
