Anyone have more info about what's currently happening in Colombia? (hexbear.net)

I just read that there's been some conflicts on the Colombia-Venezuela border between the ELN and a faction of the FARC who didn't disarm after 2016 peace agreements and that it's been displacing a bunch of people. But I don't really get the conflict between the two groups since they seem ideologically similar and are both currently in conflict with the Colombian state.

Also I've heard positive-to-mixed things about the current Colombian head of state, Gustavo Petro, on various lefty forums (including this one).

Idk a ton about the region and am just looking to educate myself.
