Turkiye only occupied the northern half when the Greek fascist dictators at the time helped the Greek Cypriot fascists stage a coup and planned to have Greece annex all of Cyprus and ethnically cleanse the Turkish identifying people.
The UK were supposed to prevent that as the arbitrating security guarantor for previous Cyprus agreements, but being the cunts they are, they didnt do shit, even after Turkiye invited them to action.
