Is there a good Android emulator for Linux?
Waydroid is pretty good, I haven't used it much though
There's a lot of Android container options, but I haven't used many and the times I have used them were not anywhere near extensive enough to review them

the native win11/win10 one is still getting LTS community support
https://github.com/MustardChef/WSABuilds
WSABuilds has entered LTS (Long Term Support) for WSA version 2311.40000.5.0, where the Magisk version, KernelSU version and GApps version will be kept up to date via new releases.
This repo will not be archived and support will still be given to any users installing WSA Builds from this repo. Thank you all for using this repository and supporting my work, its been a pleasure serving this community.
bluestacks was decent but been on for a while so that may have changed
There's always the dedicated developer emulators: https://developer.android.com/studio/run/emulator
You can get images of every os version for just about every cpu architecture and most of them have Google services enabled
