This isn't bad real estate, this is badass real estate
Terrible Estate Agent Photos
Terrible photos listed by estate agents/realtors that are so bad they’re funny.
Posting guidelines.
Posts in this community must be of property (inside or out) listed for sale which contains a terrible element. “Terrible” can refer to:
-
the photo itself (finger over the lens, too far away, people in the shot, bad Photoshop, etc.)
-
the property (weird layout, questionable plumbing, unsound structure, etc.)
-
the interior (carpeted bathrooms, awful taste interiors, weird mannequins/taxidermies/art, inflatable pools indoors, etc.)
-
the actual listing itself including unusual descriptions and unrealistic pricing. However, this isn’t a community to discuss the housing market in general. This is a comedic community - let’s keep it light.
-
Photos can be sourced from anywhere and be any age, but please check they haven’t already been posted.
-
Censor any names/contact details of private individuals.
-
Mark the post NSFW if it includes nudity or sensitive content
Rules.
This community follows the rules of the feddit.uk instance and the lemmy.org code of conduct. I’ve summarised them here:
- Be civil, remember the human.
- No insulting or harassing other members. That includes name-calling.
- Respect differences of opinion. Civil discussion/debate is fine, arguing is not. Criticise ideas, not people.
- Keep unrequested/unstructured critique to a minimum.
- Remember we have all chosen to be here voluntarily. Respect the spent time and effort people have spent creating posts in order to share something they find amusing with you.
- Swearing in general is fine, swearing to insult another commenter isn’t.
- No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia or any other type of bigotry.
- No incitement of violence or promotion of violent ideologies.
I don't know if I'd want to live there, but I kind of like the aesthetic.
They succeeded in making a real life scene that looks like it was rendered by a PlayStation 1 in 1997
Haha, yeah, looks like they found Don Corneo's new lair.
The fake outside has such a postapocalyptic feel to it.
I don't know when this place was built but, this exact theme is literally in Fallout 76. An underground shelter made to look like outside so that if they spend long times in the shelter they don't go stir crazy.
I don’t know when Fallout 76 was written but, this exact theme is literally in Blast From the Past. An underground shelter made to look like outside so that if they spend long times in the shelter they don’t go stir crazy.
Fallout 76 is a video game from 2018, and certainly got its idea from Blast From the Past.
Kids these days just don't know that gem of a movie exists.
True, but if there will ever be somewhat affordable fake windows that are nearly indistinguishable from real windows, my office is getting that late spring afternoon on Santorini vibe.
This transcends tacky and loops back around to cool.
Twice.
that's fucking hideous i love it
A luxury bunker is so wonderfully late stage capitalism.
I knew what this was before I even expanded the thumbnail. That whole pace is crazy. I wonder if the movie Blast from the Past was based on it or if it was just a coincidence?
I love it
Reminds me of Blast from the Past
Exactly what I was thinking. That movie is a gem, watched it last a year ago with my brother.
I love this. Look at the ceiling: tons of vents so it'll be nice and cool. I don't need the pole but it's really getting its aesthetic right.
This is only bad if the bad is followed by an ass. Badass.
Well... The dancing pole is kinda tacky. Replace that whole thing and the wooden stage with a hot tub 😃
You need ways to exercise in the apocalypse
It’s a “support beam” /s
"Supported my daughter all the way to college."
That timeless Vegas casino aesthetic
Imagine having the whole world to survive the apocalypse and choosing Vegas
Someone played too much Fallout New Vegas.
(it isn’t possible to play too much FO:NV. That game is a masterpiece)
Gotta be someone who lived/worked in the area and wanted a hidey-hole. You could wait out the initial chaos for however long it took (1 year? 5? 10?) before you came out and headed to your second, longer term spot up the Rocky mountains or whatever. When you have the money for a $5m bunker it just all becomes logistics of prepping and storage.
After TEOTWAWKI Vegas will probably empty out pretty quick without power or irrigation, it might be a nice safe spot to ride it out if you're prepared for it.
I love having the porch in the basement.
This is incredible
Comes complete with a stripper pole…. BYOS… (bring your own strippers) ofc!
It's Vegas, they're probably easier to find than fruit and vegetables.
“4 Attached garage spaces”
? The rest I get… but attached 4 car garage… underground?
There's a whole house above ground that this is built under.
It connects to the post apocalyptic tunnel transportation network
That hardwood spot would be brilliant to practice on! We built a small stage in our basement when I was still dancing
Why does the wall on right side look like an old Burger King?
Because it's a older ranch style home underground. Think blast from the past.
That rock grill has 1994 Flintstones vibes and I am here for it. Put it in my house
*I’m totally not bookmarking this address for future reference * 😉 for if ever the apocalypse happens
Taking hotline Miami to the next level
The funny thing about this is the assumption that land ownership matters in the event of the apocalypse. Having your fancy bunker location public is probably the wrong thing to do.
Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you hope for a nuclear winter.
I would honestly just live in the underground area. Seems real peaceful 😊
OP you posted this in the wrong board, this is the ideal female bedroom
"Liminal Fuck"
Only six mil? In Las Vegas? Yeah that shit's getting cut into with oxyacetalyne torches on day 0.
Makes me want to grill.
