If in doubt, make soup.
When life gives you chickens you make chickenade!
Mmmmm chickenade.
“Sounds like chicken is back on the menu boys!!!”
Thing about chickens yeah?
They're made of chicken! Actually made of fucking chicken!
Kill one, and you've got a free chicken! Or... don't kill it... Fucking eggs come out it's arse!
YOU CANNOT LOOSE!
I played this South Park game on the N64. It sucked.
Is it sad that I actually have quite fond memories of playing it?
I'm reading every quote from the article as if they're coming from a Skyrim NPC and it's rather hilarious
If the entire village is in agreement that the chickens are a nuisance, and they are indeed wreaking havoc on people's gardens, etc: the villagers collectively setting up traps would be justified.
At some point, either whoever owns those chickens needs to pick up the slack and corral them, or they need to suck it up when the villagers take matters into their own hands.
the villagers collectively setting up traps would be justified.
Do you really need a trap for a chicken? They are hardly the most cunning of creatures - just pick one up.
The major issue is that most people aren't used to killing and preparing animals but a canny local butcher could offer a "slaughtered while you wait" service for a couple of quid and the problem would go away in a week. Although if they were that canny there'd be a trail of corn leading to the slaughter room. I'm surprised a cheeky chicken shop hasn't sent to lads down in a van because that's basically free chickens.
Are they looking for a 12 year old elf kid who was attacking one of theirs?
Wow this is such a Norfolk thing to happen.
Not the first time this has happened either. It’s clucking madness.

It is one of East Anglia's most well-known tales - the life and times of Ditchingham's "chicken roundabout".
It's difficult not to hear this in Alan Partridge's voice. Ah ha!
No luck catching them chickens then?
or, if you prefer,
Those chickens are up to summit
