I heard this bird today that I didn't recognise. There's probably a birding lemmy but I thought I'd try here first. The audio quality sucks but its a continuous warble that decreases in pitch over about 2 seconds.

I think it's a Blue Tit as well. Here's some samples from xeno-canto which sound similar to your clip:

Thanks! It's strange, we have loads of blue tits in our garden and I swear I've not heard it before.
