This is going to end with them taking away the ability to claim children as dependents.
That's already one of their goals. That only really benefits the poors, who they believe shouldn't have any sort of benefit at all.
They want poor people having babies. Keeps the wages down.
Yes, and they want those kids to grow up uneducated and in poverty, to keep wages down for generations.
Also to serve in the military as cannon fodder
