They just seem to be automated posts from reddit, with no comments.

I never actually read them because I kind of boycotting Reddit and can't really interact with them anyway, so they just clog up my feed.

Does anyone else find them annoying?

Yeah; having to pick through a flood of zero-effort content in order to find the good stuff is not really what I'm looking for in an aggregator. Will see if I can find that 'block' button myself...
