The one that comes most vividly to my mind (and I make fun of all the time) "The Survivors" I just couldn't STAND that music box and the Deanna's reaction to it.

Barclay is one of the most underrated heroes in all of trek! The guy is terrified all the time, constantly worried about getting sent on an away mission where he needs to be demolecularized or could be sucked out into space or eaten by an oil monster or who knows what. But he faithfully does his job as best as he can under the circumstances. And like another poster below said, he was instrumental in getting Voyager home. He's pretty cringey for sure, and his holodeck "fantasies" are an HR nightmare, but he deserves some respect.
