He is literally one of the dumbest men alive.

This can end in three ways:

• Realising how stupid the idea is, someone smile tly kills the project before it does any harm
• Realising how impossible the project is, the goalposts are moved until they end up just slapping a dogecoin logo on existing systems.
• Being incredibly stupid they actually produce some shitty system that doesn't work. Major economic disruption ensues.

This is the same guy who wanted his employees to print out 50 pages (per person!) of code they wrote in the past 30 days.
