Step 1.) Get armed

Step 2.) Get trained

Step 3.) Repeat steps 1 and 2 for your entire local community

Training includes first aid and other emergency care. Any circumstances requiring armed resistance also requires medical supplies and knowledge.

If you are unwilling or unable to arm yourself, its the best alternative.

the small number of dispersed trans people won't make sufficient numbers for a militia, "community" will need to be much broader
