seconding what's already been said in this thread: okonomiyaki! Shred cabbage with some carrot and green onion, mix with a crepe like batter with soy sauce, pan fry it until a nice pancake, then drizzle with sriracha mayo. Perfect cheap meal for when you feel like only cooking a little
Using eggis instead of flour gives you an egg foo young patty, also very good.
