I thought he wanted to reduce spending. This seems like a very expensive endeavor.
Boing can save a lot of money by eliminating quality control, safety procedures and firing all the expensive and experienced workers, and staff the operation by minimum wage workers.
Where did you think the money "saved" was gonna go?
