Not just generic US action movies, but grandpa warrior films. We're about to see Grandpa Iraq, Grandpa Afghanistan, an entire ship of grandpa sailors heroically defending their ship from Yemeni missiles under Captain Steven Seagal who is so brave that he never leaves his chair. Mel Gibson might even make his own Gran Torino where he shouts all the slurs at teenagers.

They've really worn out their welcome. Just how many times can you make Leon the Professional, Man on Fire, and Taken? Like those were spread out over several decades and already going stale.
