Video Killed the Radio Star (Time Travel Russian Remix)
The CIA used its infinite budget and resources to develop time travel so that they could pollute early radio broadcasts with "Winds of Change" by the Scorpions, another twisted form of pollution that came from the aforementioned infinite budget. It was all they played on Radio Free Pangaea.
