It would be pretty cool to make a spreadsheet of all my βsymptomsβ to study myself scientifically. I already have a big routine and am wary of further overwhelming myself. While Iβm not sure if it will stick, Iβll try. Donβt have access to a computer rn tho :(.
I envy those who can keep track of all the time they spend, but that would stress me out.
If I do this will one of you tell me what I need to do to fix myself?
Im not exactly qualified, but I like talking to you so sure?
Maybe I will put all my thoughts together, one day.
You journal?
I do, not as much as I wish I did but every few days I'll write down a lot of my recent thoughts.
I did this and somehow got worse.
Oh, fun. Do you have any advice?
It'll probably be easier to keep up with tracking stuff if it's on your phone.
Also it depends on the symptoms but you may want to take note multiple times a day.
This is what I have, not that promising. I donβt know how to analyze data on excel and itβs a lot.
Uhh good luck. I track far fewer things and mostly just take notes.
I might have to stick to journaling. Maybe add more information and pay more attention to dates or something.
I have 38 things to measure on a scale of zero to two. Idk how this works. I feel like I have too much and too little.
