A key part of Blue MAGA, one which this article doesn't highlight, which Newsweek is probably incapable of highlighting, is the belief that the United States can turn back the clock and return to a nostalgic, mythical golden age. This is the common foundation which MAGA and Blue MAGA are founded upon. A political outlook resembling the belief that a pile of ashes can be turned back into a tree.

Also historically a key point of many fascist groups.

The "Blue MAGA" accusations have been aimed at those who have suggested they will still vote for Biden despite accusations he is too old or lacking cognitive ability to remain in office for a second term.

There's also no word of genocide or all the other shit

"We are like two days away from Blue MAGA arguing cognitive decline is a made up ailment invented by the New York Times."

That was like two days ago when blue MAGA called NYT "Russian disinformation" for suggesting he might have parkinson
