I don't want to block a community, I want to hide all from LemmyNSFW in case new communities keep popping up. I don't want it on my main account, I have a porn account for it.

That's exactly what the disabled NSFW content feature is for.

But not everything that's NSFW is also porn.

[–] Lenins2ndCat@lemmy.world 5 points 1 year ago

That's fair. Maybe that should be suggested to @dessalines@lemmy.ml. I'm not sure 100% where the the suggestions forum is but if it's not suggested in the right place it won't get to them.

There should be two NSFW features. NSFW and "This is porn". I suggest that NSFW should be renamed to something else though as the dual meaning will result in some people that should be using the porn tag only using the NSFW tag when posting at a glance.

Arguably a "spoiler" option should also exist, so people can separate NSFW, Porn and spoilers separately, because people use the NSFW tag as a spoiler tag currently.

I use this userscript: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/469297-block-lemmy-instances

You need to edit line 17 after installing.

Wait, there is a way to block/mute communities from all?
