Ah, so you're a waffle guy!

<sigh> stop with the "right-wing ideological white men" thing. It's not political at this point.
A lot of "racially aware" writers seem to have ended up in a headspace where they can't write white without making them a punching bag. It's obvious. It's childish. It's racist. People of all races will be angry when their only representation in a piece of work is a lazy stereotype. You don't need to be right-wing for that.
You can say "well now they know how it feels", but that just means you've also sunk to the lowest level.
Unless race is critical to the plot, there's no need to lean into it. Emphasising division breeds division. Just write a good story.
Still twice the price it needs to be.
I was going to say something similar, but thinking everyone is "cunt".
Yes, it's gender neutral.
Not sure spraying water is going to help. More water means higher humidity air which will drive the smog. No?
...and I love the juxtaposition of public health with obscuring views of tourist attractions. No messed up priorities here.
Finally, some reporting of what the current level is Vs 1990 levels.
UK greenhouse gas emissions have fallen by almost half from 1990 levels, mainly due to the phaseout of coal from electricity generation.
So another ⅓ to go, in ten years. For that to happen we need to see announcements of plans very soon. The easy changes have already been made / are in progress for the grid. Manufacturing and industrial transport are the next big targets by my reckoning. Electrification of goods transportation would be a huge win.
I say give it back to Russia

So much comes down to "is trump malicious or just an idiot?" His last term was largely idiocy, and if that repeats itself then I think things will be ok. My concern is that his rhetoric has turned more toxic, so I think he may have done so as well.
I really wish running your own mastodon was as accepted as running your own email server. There'll be no "blue check mark" problem if your company runs the server and only provides accounts to employees.
No. The have nag screens for donations, but they don't block on principle.
Children are future workers, soldiers and parents.
These countries see that birth rates are dropping in the west and are looking to become dominant in numbers.
That voting scheme is what I'd like to see the commons be, but I see where you're coming from with the idea of using a second house to bring the concept in.
On terms, I actually like the perpetual appointment aspect of the lord's, but I do think it should have a retirement age, say 75. I think that's one of the reasons I'm against making it an elected house because I don't see how you make the two work together.
