This is something that blew my mind, why are all leading scorers off Teams (club and National Team) all from the new era? Why is there no leading scorer who played in the 70s? in c/talk@soccer.forum

And Müller is still the overall top scorer in the Bundesliga (365 goals). In fact, eight of the top ten overall scorer's in Bundesliga history are not from the modern day era. Only Lewandowski (2nd, 312 goals) and Claudio Pizarro (6th 197 goals) are.
