The 60 FPS version of original Ridge Racer that came on the bonus disc for Ridge Racer Type 4. It's great to pick up for a few races and put down, and the soundtrack is great.

Right as I was looking at them yesterday to buy a domain for a Lemmy instance. Glad I didn't bother going through with it.

I don't think so. I just made a quick recording of adding another community from feddit.uk: https://cln.sh/6Kx3ssBk

Luckily this is something that only has to be done once per community. You should be able to see it in search without having to go through this process. If you want to add the beehaw communities you should be able to without issue.

(...and I just realized that I replied to the wrong comment, but no, I don't think it's a firewall issue.)

Don't know if it was just taking a second to grab it, but I'm seeing local copies of all of the communities you listed. Should be showing in search with just the name now.

https://u.fail/c/uk_politics@feddit.uk https://u.fail/c/london@feddit.uk https://u.fail/c/hiphopheads@sopuli.xyz

Also, looking at the instance list doesn't show lemmy.ml defederated (or any insntance for that matter).

I was just able to pull up the community/magazine through the search using the URL: https://kayb.ee/m/kaybee

Hit subscribe and the counter went up on their end, so it looks like it's working fine.

@stux@u.fail Figured out with the help of the community mod that selecting a language was the problem. Post went through just fine when leaving it undetermined. Odd.

I made sure to set a language on both my profile and on the post itself. It's just odd that it's one specific community.

I've sent a message to the moderator to see if they happen to know anything.

First off, thanks for running this instance. I run my own Mastodon instance but was too lazy to set up my own Lemmy instance.

Wanted to ask if anyone else is having issues making posts in a remote community? I'm trying to make a new post to the VA-11 HALL-A community (!waifubartending@lemmy.world). When I click on the Create button it'll just sit there and spin indefinitely. Subscribing and votes seem to work just fine, but posts and comments don't.

I've made a comment in !retrogaming@lemmy.world successfully, so it might be something specific to that community.

(Edit: Updated title to reflect that it's one community.)

Wished they weren't so prone to failing. I've got one that will not power on, sitting in it's box on my couch. Haven't made it around to opening it up.
