You're not mistaken actually, this game changed a lot and was apparently supposed to release in 2022 as a looter shooter. They delayed it, changed it to be a slower paced extraction shooter instead.

It's been a while since I've seen a "super serious fake gamer voice chat" trailer

Jokes aside, looks neat.

The best part: You don't need to login to use the app anymore, finally!

Well deserved, that finale was killer.

Surprisingly little talk about playing windows games on Android. Winlator is starting to get very popular and is becoming a big deal, within a year it'll probably be able to play most 3D games.

(Limited time Overwatch 2 gamemode where they use the same maps and rules from Overwatch 1's first year)

Seeing scatter arrow and torbjorn armor threw me for a loop. I do wish they'd bring back OW1 proper rather than have it be a gamemode, but it's something at least.

Sounds like fun, but I really don't know about bringing back no limits. I think everybody was in favor of not having 6 winstons, the game was balanced nicely in year 2 or year 3 rather than on release.

We've known this for a while. LLMs are a dead end, lots of companies have tried throwing more data at it but it's becoming clear the differences between each model and the next are getting too small to notice, and none of them fix the major underlying issue that chat models keep spreading BS because it can't differentiate between right and wrong

(By game size he means scope of the game and huge open world maps, not game install size)

I really don't care all that much about the three officers that join Caitlyn and Vi.

Yeah the unnamed shield officer was especially bizarre. They had to have cut out some scenes related to him during production or something because he shows up, drinks with Vi for a bit, and joins the party with zero context.

did you feel the writing just got messy in general or does it seem like they were stretching stuff out in order to split the season up into multiple parts to delay the conclusion?

This will be the last season, actually. I felt like some plotlines were moving a little too fast, especially in episode 3.

I just finished act 1 and was wondering what the community thinks of it. I thought it was good, but a step down from season 1.

The animation is as gorgeous as ever, maybe even better than season 1. The writing and pacing was kind of messy, though. The music was just overzealous too. They have a random music video with cheesy lyrics in each episode now. Just ruined the mood for me a couple of times.

I'm still looking forward to the rest of the season, I hope they can wrap it up without feeling too rushed.

That's how any platform or store works. I don't understand what you want to be happening. Consumers will go to whatever store they like more and you'll always have the choice to use another store.

If you’ve got a ton of games on Steam, but want to switch to GOG for the DRM-free stuff?

Why not use both?

They’ve trapped us in these separate little worlds where each one has its own “exclusives” and sales, forcing us to juggle multiple accounts just to find a good deal or play the games we want.

So do you just want one platform, or...?

I guess you really have to put up with it.

That the devs helped create apparently.

Very cool for people archiving older games. Never before released E3 demo is now up for anyone to play.
