He properly said it as a joke, and she probably laughed at his joke knowing it was a joke. Then it dawned on her that this would make a great place to farm likes and laughs off of Twitter. Can we still refer to it as twitter if referringto it in the past?

Thank you! I worked at Staples as an Easy Tech (2006) and we were required to search desktops for pedophile materials so we could report them to authorities when found. I never found any myself but that was policy back then.

Is this the right community? I have a helpdesk interview next week and I dont know if my attire looks good or ridiculously goofy. in c/asklemmy@lemmy.world

He may be referring to the upcoming Virginia elections on November 7th. The polls favor the GOP, and a shutdown would have angered Democrats to slaughter the GOP. This CR avoids a doomsday scenario for the Governor's party.

I have been using PIA for years and I was thinking of switching to Protons VPN (as well as storage, email and password manager) and I was wondering what everyone else thought of it. Is it as stable and useful as PIA?

PIA has proven in court that it doesn't keep logs, but what about Proton?
